These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of websites, educational platforms, programs, services, training materials, digital content, resources, and related offerings operated by DeVille & Associates, LLC, including DeVille Academy, Frontline of Justice, EPEX Intel, and affiliated programs and initiatives.
By accessing or using any DeVille & Associates website, platform, service, course, program, download, or resource, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our websites and services.
1. About DeVille & Associates
DeVille & Associates, LLC provides forensic and litigation consulting, professional education and training, research, public education, advocacy, investigative support, digital-forensics-related services, and other professional resources.
DeVille Academy is the education and training division of DeVille & Associates and may provide professional training, public education, continuing education opportunities, certificate programs, certification programs, webinars, on-demand courses, live instruction, and other educational offerings.
Frontline of Justice is an advocacy, education, research, community-outreach, and public-awareness initiative focused on child protection, victim support, prevention, systemic change, and public education.
EPEX Intel is an initiative focused on identifying and examining patterns, behaviors, digital threats, emerging risks, and systemic gaps related to exploitation, victimization, criminal behavior, and child protection.
2. Educational and Informational Purposes
Information presented through our websites, training programs, publications, videos, courses, research materials, blog posts, presentations, social media, downloadable resources, and public education materials is intended for educational, professional, research, and informational purposes.
Nothing provided through our websites or programs should be interpreted as individualized legal, medical, mental health, investigative, or other professional advice unless DeVille & Associates has entered into a separate written professional-services agreement with the individual or organization receiving those services.
Users are responsible for determining whether information provided is appropriate for their circumstances and for seeking qualified professional guidance when necessary.
3. No Attorney-Client, Therapist-Client, or Other Professional Relationship
Use of our websites, resources, courses, contact forms, educational materials, or communications does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, investigator-client, consultant-client, expert-witness, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
A professional relationship with DeVille & Associates is created only through a separate written agreement expressly establishing the scope and terms of that relationship.
4. Law Enforcement and Investigative Content
Some materials may discuss criminal behavior, investigative techniques, digital evidence, OSINT, online exploitation, forensic methods, criminal typologies, technology-facilitated crime, and related topics.
Such content is provided for lawful educational and professional purposes only.
Users may not use our materials, instruction, resources, or platforms to engage in unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, unauthorized access, identity theft, exploitation, criminal activity, or any activity that violates applicable law, professional standards, or the rights of another person.
Individuals are responsible for ensuring that any investigative methods they use are lawful and within the scope of their professional authority.
5. Training and Course Enrollment
Certain DeVille Academy courses or training programs may have eligibility requirements, prerequisites, professional restrictions, or audience limitations.
Some training may be restricted to law enforcement, criminal justice professionals, investigators, licensed professionals, or other approved participants.
DeVille Academy reserves the right to verify credentials or professional affiliation when required for access to restricted training.
Access may be denied or revoked if eligibility requirements are not met or if information provided during registration is false or misleading.
6. Certificates and Certifications
DeVille Academy may offer certificates of completion, professional-development certificates, continuing education opportunities, and certification programs.
A certificate of completion confirms participation in or successful completion of a specific educational program. It does not independently establish professional licensure, legal authority, employment qualification, or professional competency beyond the scope of the program completed.
Certification programs may include additional eligibility requirements, assessments, competency standards, continuing-education requirements, renewal obligations, or codes of conduct.
Specific requirements for a certification program will be provided separately and will govern participation in that program.
DeVille Academy does not guarantee that any certificate, certification, course, or training program will be accepted by an employer, licensing board, professional association, governmental agency, or other organization unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Continuing Education
When continuing education credit is offered, participants are responsible for confirming whether the course satisfies the requirements of their licensing board, employer, professional association, certification body, or other governing organization.
Approval by one organization does not guarantee acceptance by another.
8. Payments, Fees, and Purchases
Prices for courses, training, consulting services, downloads, certifications, events, or other services are listed at the time of purchase or provided through a separate agreement.
Users agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize applicable charges associated with their purchase.
DeVille & Associates may use third-party payment processors. We do not control the policies or practices of those third-party providers.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the service, course, event, certification program, consulting engagement, or digital product purchased.
Applicable refund and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of registration, purchase, or contracting.
Digital products, downloadable materials, completed services, and accessed on-demand training may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.
DeVille & Associates reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a course, event, webinar, training program, or other offering when necessary. When applicable, participants will be notified of available options.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content provided by DeVille & Associates, DeVille Academy, Frontline of Justice, and EPEX Intel is owned by or licensed to DeVille & Associates, LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, recorded, uploaded, transmitted, or used to create derivative training or commercial products without prior written permission.
Purchasing or accessing a course or resource grants the user a limited, personal, nontransferable license to use that content for its intended purpose.
11. Recording and Distribution of Training
Participants may not record, screen-capture, photograph, reproduce, livestream, rebroadcast, distribute, or share training sessions, course materials, webinars, or other protected content without written authorization from DeVille & Associates.
Access credentials may not be shared with another individual.
12. Trademarks and Branding
Names, logos, slogans, marks, course names, program names, and branding associated with DeVille & Associates, DeVille Academy, Frontline of Justice, EPEX Intel, Building Bridges & Closing Gaps™, Burst Training™, and other proprietary programs may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.
Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.
13. Research and Publications
Research, publications, professional commentary, educational materials, and summaries provided through our websites may reflect the professional analysis, interpretation, or research of the author.
Research-based content should not be interpreted as a guarantee of outcomes in individual cases, investigations, policies, or professional decisions.
References to third-party research or publications remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers.
14. Survivor and Victim-Related Content
Some content addresses child sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, violence, victimization, trauma, criminal behavior, and other sensitive subjects.
Users should exercise discretion when accessing such materials.
Educational resources are not a substitute for emergency intervention, law enforcement response, legal representation, medical treatment, or mental health care.
If someone is in immediate danger, users should contact appropriate emergency or law enforcement services.
15. Frontline of Justice Resources and Support
Frontline of Justice may provide free education, advocacy, resources, public-awareness materials, referrals, and support information.
Frontline of Justice does not guarantee the availability, quality, outcome, or suitability of any third-party service, organization, professional, referral, or resource.
Providing information or a referral does not constitute endorsement or create responsibility for the actions or services of a third party.
16. EPEX Intel
EPEX Intel may analyze publicly available information, research, patterns, digital behaviors, emerging trends, exploitation indicators, systemic gaps, and other information relevant to child protection and public safety.
EPEX Intel materials are intended for lawful educational, research, awareness, prevention, and professional purposes.
Nothing published through EPEX Intel should be interpreted as a determination of criminal guilt, legal liability, or professional misconduct unless such a finding has been established by the appropriate legal or governing authority.

DeVille & Associates does not guarantee specific legal, investigative, educational, employment, professional, certification, financial, public-safety, or other outcomes resulting from the use of our services or materials.
Professional and investigative outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to our websites and platforms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
