When accessing DeVille’s website, products, or services, you agree to use the content for personal or professional development only. Commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from DeVille. Additionally, you may not adapt, alter, or create derivative works from the content.

If you are enrolling in a course with DeVille, full payment must be made at least seven days prior to the course start date. Failure to make timely payment will result in denial of course access. DeVille accepts purchase orders as a promise to pay with Net 30 Terms. Please note that course completion certificates will only be issued once payment is made in full.

Cancellations made seven or more days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund upon request. Cancellations made within seven days of the course start date are non-refundable, and you may be billed if payment has not been made.

Participation in DeVille’s websites, products, and services is voluntary. Any data collected, such as quotes, pictures, videos, or surveys, may be used by DeVille for marketing, advertising, and research purposes. However, your personal information—such as your name, email address, and contact details—will not be shared or made public without your consent.

If you choose to participate in social media posts, photos, videos, websites, podcasts, webinars, or other promotional materials created by DeVille, you agree not to hold DeVille liable for any public disclosure of personal information.

If you do not wish to be included in any promotional materials, you must inform DeVille. If you believe you have been unintentionally included in any image or video and wish for it to be removed, please contact DeVille, and the requested materials will be promptly removed from our website and/or marketing campaigns.
