DeVille and Associates LLC has strict terms and conditions for the use of their website, products, and services. These terms of service are entered into by you, and DeVille and Associates, (and/or their staff, affiliates, partners), hereafter referred to as "DeVille." Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of DeVille's websites, products and/or services.

By accessing the website or using any of their products or services, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you must not access their website or use their products and services.

Please note that DeVille may update their terms and conditions from time to time, and it is your responsibility to stay updated with the latest changes. By continuing to use their website, products, and services, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

When you access DeVille's website, products, and services, you are agreeing to use the contents for personal or professional development purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using any of their content for commercial purposes without their prior written consent, nor are you allowed to adapt, alter or create derivative works from their content.

If you are taking a course with DeVille, you must pay for it in full at least seven days before the first day of class. If you fail to pay on time, you will not be allowed to attend the course. DeVille accepts purchase orders as a promise to pay with Net 30 Terms. Please note that you will not receive a course completion certificate until you have paid for the course in full.

If you cancel your attendance seven days or more before the first day of class, you may receive a refund upon request. However, if you cancel after seven days before the first day of class, no refund will be given, and you may be billed if payment was not made.

Please note that participating in any of DeVille's websites, products, and/or services is voluntary. Any data collected from you, such as quotes, pictures, videos, surveys, etc., may be used by DeVille for marketing, advertising, and/or research purposes. However, your personal information, such as your name, email address, and contact information, will never be made public or shared.

If you decide to voluntarily participate in a social media post, picture, video, website, podcast, webinar, or any other promotional material on DeVille's behalf, you agree not to hold DeVille liable for any personal information being made public.

If you do not wish to be included in any promotional material, you must inform DeVille. If you have accidentally been included in any picture or video and wish to have it removed, you must contact DeVille, and they will promptly remove the unwanted images from their websites and/or advertising/marketing campaigns.
